Field Terminal Basic Terminal Panel Basic Terminal Panel is a low-cost way to connect field wiring to Tricon. The basic termination panel allows you to isolate the Tricon chassis at a distance of up to 99 feet (30 meters)

Field signals are grouped in the enclosure. The basic termination panel consists of a PCB, with panel connectors and wiring terminals, mounted on a DIN rail compatible plastic housing. The housing is stuck on the mounting rail according to DIN 50022

The current voltage conversion anode is also installed on a horizontal input panel configured for current input. You must provide any other components required for the application. The panel connectors and wiring terminals are directly interconnected through PCBs

The compression terminals on the wiring terminals are designed for sizes 24 to 12 (03 to 21 meters). Please refer to Appendix B for fan out cable pin layout. Each signal label indicates the corresponding screw end on the termination panel

Sub. The pin number of the panel connector matches the pin number on the Tricon backplane connector. The basic termination panel is packaged with the cable that connects the Tricon chassis backplane to the basic termination panel

Main features of the Tricon control system

Tricon is a programmable and process control technology with high fault tolerance.

Its characteristics are as follows:

The intelligent functions of the input and output modules reduce the workload of the main processor. Each 1/0 module has a micro processor. The micro processor of the input module filters and repairs inputs and diagnoses hardware faults on the module. output module

The microprocessor provides information for voting on output data, checks the validity of the output state through the feedback loop voltage at the output end, and can diagnose excitation line problems.

H. Provide complete online diagnosis and repair capabilities

1. Daily maintenance can be performed during Tricon startup and operation without interrupting the control process.
