1794-IB32 is an Allen Bradley module belonging to the Flex I/O product family of distributed I/O components. This module is an input interface device that can integrate field instruments and electrical equipment such as button devices, limit switches, proximity sensors, float switches, process switches, relay contacts, and contactor auxiliary contacts into any automatic control system or process.

1794-IB32 can install Flex I/O communication adapters, such as Ethernet, ControlNet, remote I/O, and other adapters. As long as the Flex I/O installation requirements are followed, there is no limit to the number of installation instances supported by this module.
1794-IB32 is a high-density input channel. Each of the 32 channels is equipped with LED indicators to monitor the activity of each channel. This helps to identify active channels faster and verify input devices that are working properly. These LED indicators simply turn on when receiving a signal and turn off when there is no signal.
