133819-02 is an RTD/TC temperature I/O module developed by General Electric. It is a 3500/61 RTD/TC non isolated I/O module with internal termination. Along with this component, the system also has temperature monitoring function and receives temperature inputs from resistance temperature detectors and thermocouples. The system module regulates these inputs. They compare them with user programmable alarm setpoints.
133819-02 Function Description
The GE/Bently Nevada 3500/60 and 3500/61 series temperature monitoring modules both support thermocouple (TC) and resistance temperature detector (RTD) temperature inputs, and these modules provide six temperature monitoring channels. These inputs are conditionally compared to the user programmable alarm setpoints of the module. The only difference between 3500/60 and 3500/61 is that each of the six channels in the latter has a recorder output, while the former does not.
Using the 3500 rack configuration software, users can configure modules to perform RTD or TC temperature readings. There are multiple variants of RTD/TC non isolated or TC isolated I/O modules. The non isolated version of RTD/TC can be configured to accept inputs from TC, RTD, or a combination of TC and RTD. The TC isolation version provides 250 Vdc channel to channel isolation to prevent external interference.
When used in Triple Modular Redundancy (TMR) settings, temperature monitors must be installed side by side in groups of three. In this setting, the system will use two different voting methods to ensure accuracy and prevent single point of failure.

If the 3500 system operates in environments with ambient temperatures above+35C, the available full scale range will be reduced when using any isolated thermocouple I/O module (-03 or -04 I/O ordering option).
The range will be reduced to -76F to+1832F, or -60C to+1000C. The system will not be able to operate effectively in this situation, so it should not be set to run with these settings. The rack configuration software will allow users to configure channels as low as -100C
