SCXI-1163 NI
The SCXI-1163 is a high-density relay module that can be used to control up to 32 independent single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) switches. Each switch can handle up to 2 A of current and 200 VDC or 140 VAC.
The module is designed to work with National Instruments (NI) data acquisition systems and can be controlled using NI-DAQmx software. It uses a 50-pin D-Sub connector for connection to the data acquisition system.
The SCXI-1163 has several parameters that can be configured using software, including:
- Switch configuration: The module can be configured to operate as 32 independent SPDT switches, or as 16 independent DPDT switches.
- Switching speed: The maximum switching speed of the module is 10 ms per channel. However, the actual switching speed will depend on factors such as the load being switched and the configuration of the module.
- Relay life: The relays used in the SCXI-1163 are rated for up to 5 million cycles.
- Switching noise: The module has a low switching noise of less than 1 mV.
Overall, the SCXI-1163 is a reliable and versatile relay module that can be used in a wide range of applications. Its high-density design makes it ideal for use in systems where space is at a premium, while its configurable parameters allow it to be tailored to specific applications.
The SCXI-1163 is a 32-channel isolated digital input module from National Instruments (NI). It is designed to sense on/off signals from industrial devices and can be used in applications that require high-speed and high-density digital input.
