OMACO GF0-57CQD-002 is a touch screen commonly used in industrial control, monitoring and configuration of various equipment, systems or automated processes. The touch screen is usually equipped with an LCD display Q, keys, touch screen or knobs to provide a user-friendly interface. The touch screen is composed of two transparent conductive layers with a distance of only 2.5 microns between the two layers. When touched by graphical buttons on the screen, the on-screen haptic feedback system drives various connecting devices according to pre-programmed programs and can be used to replace mechanical button panels. The conductive layer on the surface of the polylipid surface and the glass layer induction need to be separated by many tiny layers. The current passes through the surface layer and touches the bottom layer when lightly touching the surface layer and pressing down. The controller simultaneously reads the corresponding current from the four corners and calculates the distance of the finger position.
The touch screen can operate at ambient temperatures up to 50°C, but must adhere to a gap of at least 30mm from each side of the housing to ensure adequate air circulation and avoid exposing the flat screen to direct sunlight.
