Product Description
The SR469-P5-LO-A20-E is a GE Multilin SR469 Relay. It is most often used to protect medium and large motors in industrial applications such as on extruders, fans, blowers, cranes, chillers, etc. This series of relays come in a number of different configurations, many of which are available as never-used surplus or as reconditioned used stock here at AX Control. If this particular unit is not exactly what you’re looking for, please search our inventory for other options or reach out to our staff for more information.

The SR469-P5-LO-A20-E uses control power rated at 24-60 VDC, 20-48 VAC 2 48-62 Hz. The unit has an enhanced front panel but does not include other options like DeviceNet, an Ethernet port, or Chemical Conformal Coating.

The SR469-P5-LO-A20-E includes three standard communication ports. This includes two RS485 serial ports located on the back of the unit. An additional RS232 port is located near the bottom of the front panel. The RS232 port allows for quick access.

The SR469-P5-LO-A20-E offers voltage-dependent overload curves, broken rotor bar protection, as well as torque protection and metering. The unit has advanced thermal modeling and offers complete asset monitoring. This includes demand, energy, and temperature data. The unit has field-upgradable firmware and settings.

There are three independent ports made for communications that are provided on this GE Motor Management Relay SR469-P5-LO-A20-E. There is a front panel port labeled the RS232 port and is used for programming settings, upgrading the relays firmware, and local interrogation or local control. For interface programming the computer RS485 port can be connected to either a PLC, DCS, or PC based user. And the third port is used for simultaneous interrogation or redundancy from another PLC, DCS, or PC software, and it is called the Auxiliary port RS458.
