This multi-processor relay adjusts to your systems fluctuations, employing technology such as adaptive harmonic restraint and adaptive time overcurrent elements to react to variable changes in real time. The 745’s metering capabilities can record variables such as temperature, current demand, frequency, total harmonic distortion, and more. That data can then be trended and exported in EnerVista 745, the relay’s software component.
This model works best with a higher control power system, able to handle 90 to 300 volts direct current and 70 to 265 volts alternating current; this contrasts with the low control power editions of the model, which run at 20 to 60 volts direct current and 20 to 48 volts alternating current. This difference is demarcated in the model number by the phrase “HI”.
